Chris Rankin, Project Coordinator
As a graduate of St. Francis Xavier University with a Bachelor of Arts and a
Bachelor of Education, Chris began her career teaching in Quebec and Alberta.
Upon returning to Nova Scotia, Chris enjoyed a successful career in real estate.
Bringing strong customer service skills, coupled with her teaching background, Chris joined
the People Plus Consulting team as the Project Coordinator for the OWL Project.
Chris is committed to providing a positive environment for each participant in
their journey toward acquiring the skills necessary in becoming job ready. Chris has
a clear understanding of the challenges facing mature workers and enjoys guiding
each participant in an empathic and enthusiastic manner. |

Katherine Scott, Employment Facilitator
Katherine brings many years of experience in Human Resources to the OWL Project. She has taken courses in Conflict Resolution,
Interviewing and Integration, Leadership, Organizational Planning, Goal Setting and Team Building. She is committed to personal
development, resulting in enhanced problem solving abilities, productivity and performance. Katherine is diplomatic and empathetic
which help increase morale and participation in the workshop for mature workers. Her enthusiasm in delivering dynamic information
and orientation sessions, keeps the participants engaged. Katherine is competent in all aspects of Microsoft Office Suite and enjoys
delivering these programs through both People Plus Consulting and the OWL Project. |
