Meet Kelli Gordon-Skinner, Employment Support Practitioner
For over eleven years, Kelli was the Workforce Development Coordinator for Women Unlimited and helped hundreds of women and employers in trades and technology fields here in the HRM.
In June of 2020, Kelli joined Job Junction as the Employment Support Practitioner and now supports Job Junction clients and their employers to remove any barriers that may limit their employment success.
A diversity champion, Kelli works tirelessly to promote equality and inclusion initiatives in various fields and businesses.
Kelli is an experienced connector, with a unique ability to resolve issues that many find uncomfortable or stressful. With her upbeat, positive attitude and extensive relationship building skills, you will feel confident working with Kelli, knowing your best interests are top of mind.
A recently retired Hockey and Soccer Mom, Kelli is learning to enjoy the abundance of free time with her family (and her adorable Shih Tzu ‘Dublin’) at their home in Hammonds Plains. Although she misses the games and seeing her kids play, she is grateful for the time to plan more frequent trips back home to Cape Breton to see her family and friends.
